End User License Agreement (EULA) / Terms of Use

By creating an account or using this application (netti), you agree to be bound by the following terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

The App may allow users to create, upload, share, or display content (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the App.

You agree that your use of the App and any User Content you provide must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated:

• Objectionable, abusive, or harmful content, including but not limited to:

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or bullying

  • Content that is violent, sexually explicit, or pornographic

  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous behavior

  • Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive toward individuals or groups

• Impersonation, fraud, scams, or misleading behavior

• Sharing of illegal content or content that violates any laws or regulations

• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights

Zero tolerance policy: Any user found to be posting or engaging in prohibited content or conduct may have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently terminated without notice.

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to:

• Review, monitor, or moderate User Content

• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable

• Suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms

We may take these actions at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We will review reports and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or objectionable.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be immediately removed, but we commit to reasonable and good-faith moderation efforts.
